What DataVot costs a New Jersey school: One plan. One number.

DataVot has one plan and one price, for one school, for one year.

What that includes

Pivot reports	Unlimited reports per school, built by anyone you give an account to, saved and reopened whenever.
Board report tables	The tables New Jersey’s board-presentation template asks for, with statewide comparison figures.
Exports	CSV and Word from any report, and the underlying records behind any figure.
Every user account	Thirty of them, whoever is using them.
The user guide and email support	The guide is public at datavot.com/help.
Updates	Everything we ship during your term, including new features.

If you have more than one school

The price above is per school: one subscription, one school, thirty accounts. A district buying for several buildings should email info@datavot.com for a quote.

How you pay

By purchase order. There is no card to enter and no online checkout.
Always quoted in writing first. You get a proposal, quotation or order form, and no charge of any kind applies until you have accepted it.
Invoiced in advance for the agreed term, payable within 30 days. We provide a W-9, PO reference or vendor-registration paperwork on request, before invoicing.

Nothing renews automatically

A paid term does not renew by itself. We send a renewal quote before your term ends, and no further fee applies unless you accept it in writing. There is nothing to cancel to avoid being charged — each year is a decision you make rather than one that happens to you.
