About DataVot
DataVot helps New Jersey schools turn official assessment files into clear dashboards, pivot-table reports, and analyses — so the story behind test scores is easy to see, and student data stays protected.
Built by an Educator, for Educators
DataVot was founded by a longtime educator and technology enthusiast specializing in assessment and data analysis — thirty years in education, including about a decade as a district testing technology coordinator who wrestled with the same dense New Jersey assessment spreadsheets schools face today. It grew from a simple frustration: the insights that could help teachers were buried in files almost no one had the time—or the tools—to open. DataVot exists to surface that insight plainly: built by someone who lived the problem, for the schools living it now.
DataVot is built and operated through Salesforce Hub LLC*, an independent New Jersey company. It is a standalone, browser-based application, built to handle New Jersey state assessment data—not layered on top of any third-party CRM or external system.
What we believe
Privacy first
Student data is encrypted and access-controlled. No outside company ever receives it for its own purposes — only our named infrastructure providers, working solely on our instructions. Dashboards return aggregated counts, not raw student rows.
How we protect data →Built for New Jersey schools
DataVot speaks NJSLA out of the box — official data sets, performance levels, and proficiency, framed around FERPA and New Jersey law.
Data Privacy Agreement →Made to be simple
Upload a file, and the insight is a few clicks away — dashboards and pivot-table reports without a data team.
